Ryan Cartier’s journey into regenerative medicine began at the darkest moment of his life. After years battling psoriatic arthritis, heavy medication, and the grind of a corporate lifestyle, he suffered a widow-maker heart attack that nearly ended everything.
​
With the unwavering support of his spouse, Helena, Ryan turned away from a future tied to pharmaceuticals and embraced regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, nutrition and movement. The results were extraordinary: he shed over 100 pounds, overcame arthritis, restored his vitality and reclaimed the life he thought he had lost.

But his own healing revealed a deeper truth: too often, the medical system fails to offer real solutions — leaving people waiting, dependent, or without hope. Ryan saw this firsthand when his own father died while waiting for a surgery that regenerative treatment might have prevented.
Determined to create change, he sought alternatives and discovered the transformative power of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. Together with Helena, they founded VITAXCELL and AVÉYA with a clear vision — to make these life-changing treatments accessible, and to give others the same chance to heal, renew and live fully again.
